Double Lumen Needle
Used for transvaginal puncture of follicles and aspiration of the follicular fluid to obtain oocytes. With the Double Lumen Follicle Aspiration Set the oocyte may be aspirated while the follicle is flushed in one and the same procedure.

The tubing fitted on the needle allows aspiration of the follicular fluid into a tube, via the inner lumen.

The luer connection at the side of the needle hub allows flushing of sterile medium through the outer lumen up to the follicle, which can then be aspirated again.

The set includes the needle, tubings to the sampling tube, side connection and aspiration pump tubing.
